I agree with above, but this clause only applies to newly establish the organization initially planned workforce by “plumber” or “Contractors” hire but remember each contractor have certain labor union can (after IRO) to establish pre-exist in the organization where the union found it is not possible to remove the union, but u the Union may enter through any attraction to be elected representatives.
