well it depends on the house is habitable and live it? or plan to live there when the roof leaks ID on that to check and make sure that fixed the first time, because if that leaks then you have a big problem, have ruined to the ground, then I would check the wiring and make sure it was ok and then a room to do from there id at a time because a bunch at once can be expensive

First level (usually the most expensive) Рmake sure house is structurally sound (foundation, walls, etc.) and repair walls (plaster example). At the same time you install all utilities, electrical, plumbing, cable, phone, etc. that you ben̦tigen.Phase Two РThu roofs and windows Level Three РPaint the exterior of the house and make repairs on AbstellgleisStufe Four РLandscaping Level Five РInterior Design This is very vague and change the levels in depth and thus depending on the needs of each house. Do things a little at a time, as you have the money. The first step is to do what you have to do to the house you live in. good luck!
