How to fix a crack in a bathtub?
I have a small probably 1 inch crack in my bathtub. The tub is only about a year and a half old! There is a Jacuzzi tub made of fiberglass, I think. It is not porcelain. The crack is on the outside, not near the hot tub or plumbing parts. I can not afford a new tub, but I do not think the crack worse, or look horrible when I try to fix it. What should I do Thanks Best Answer (s):

you have two options. You can hire a professional to come and repair it, or you can go to Home Depot. They sell repair kits that are very reasonably priced. One thing that you need to find out is if the pan fiber glass or porcelain. You want to choose the right equipment. Home Depot also has classes to teach a person about the task at hand. One more thing, if you repair it, you can not be in the house for 24 hours. The smell does not leave you. I have found me. It looks good. Have fun.
