Water in the garage, so there is an air hole in the house and I can water penetration / dripping from going there to hear it in the garage, but I can not see exaclty where the water have made i the dirt rinsed with a hose in the pipes before you think, what could the problem it just needs flushedout or is it a bigger problem … the outdoor unit is fairly new as a few years new .. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks Best Answer (s):

I think it is just “condensation” of atmospheric water condenses on the cold pipes or Kanälen.Finden you a way to collect this run-off and drain you to another Ort.Haben ever driven your car with the AC on for several miles. Then you go into a store, and if you back into a parking space, there is a puddle under the car? Same.

It could be that the drain line is clogged only. You can rinse it out. You should also make sure that the unit does not freeze, which would cause the excess water. If it is the freezing, it may be of the air filter. For a guide check out the air conditioner page trouleshooting on my hand.

1 Make sure your evaporator coil (indoor coil) isn ‘t freeze. [If yes, you have a very dirty filter or do you need a tech to add refrigerant.] Then check if you have the gravity drain from the condensate, or if there is a condensate pump. Further troubleshooting as needed from there.
